On November 5, 2024, the RMUTL lecturers in charge of the Learning Express project, in collaboration with Singapore Polytechnic (SP), along with coordinators from the office of international relations, RMUTL, conducted a survey of target communities for the upcoming Learning Express 2025 workshop.
