Meeting with K-Bridge Korean Language Institute

On June 27, 2025, Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna (RMUTL), by Office of International Relations, hosted a meeting with representatives from K-Bridge Korean Language Institute, Republic of Korea. The delegation was led by Mr. David Shim and Ms. Renee Lee, Director of the Institute, accompanied by Mr. Sughrit Kraseirsook, Deputy Secretary-General of the Chiang Mai Chamber of Commerce, who facilitated the collaboration.

The meeting was honored by the presence of Asst. Prof. Dr. Thitiporn Phanthachang, Assistant to the President of RMUTL, who chaired the session. Staff members from the Office of International Relations also attended the meeting, which took place at the Sompho Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, President’s Office Building, RMUTL Chiang Mai.

The key objective of the meeting was to explore potential collaborations in the areas of language and cultural exchange, with a particular focus on student mobility programs and joint cultural activities between Thailand and Korea. These initiatives align with the university’s mission to develop globally competent graduates.

In addition, the executives from K-Bridge, who possess extensive expertise in hotel and restaurant management, expressed their willingness to contribute as guest lecturers. Their participation aims to enrich RMUTL students' knowledge and offer practical insights into the hospitality industry.

This meeting marks another significant step toward internationalization for RMUTL and highlights the university’s commitment to promoting meaningful cross-cultural learning opportunities for its students.
