MOU Signing Ceremony with Copartner Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

On July 4, 2025, Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna (RMUTL), by Office of International Relations, held a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony with Copartner Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Taiwan. The event took place at Rajarat Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Building BBA.3, Faculty of Business Administration and Liberal Arts.

The ceremony was presided over by Asst. Prof. Pisit Wimonthanasit, Vice President for Planning, Policy, and Strategy, who also signed the MOU alongside Mr. Wu Kan-Chu, Manager of Copartner Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

This MOU aims to foster academic cooperation between the university and the private sector in areas such as the joint development of modern curricula aligned with industry demands, professional development and training programs for academic staff, and internship or cooperative education programs that provide students with hands-on experience in real working environments.

This collaboration marks an important step in strengthening RMUTL’s international partnerships and enhancing student readiness for the global workforce by equipping them with practical skills, knowledge, and professional experience.

The initial phase of the cooperation will involve sending students from the Faculty of Engineering—specifically from the programs in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering—to undertake internships, cooperative education, and participate in the “School in Factory” program at Copartner Technology. Future collaboration may also expand to include students from the Accounting program under the Faculty of Business Administration and Liberal Arts.
