RMUTL Welcomes Exchange Lecturers from Nanjing Vocational Institute of Transport Technology, China

On August 4, 2026, Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna (RMUTL), by the Office of International Relations and the Faculty of Engineering, organized a welcome meeting for exchange lecturers from Nanjing Vocational Institute of Transport Technology (NJITT), People’s Republic of China.

The meeting was presided over by Associate Professor Watcharin Sitthicharoen, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Engineering. The meeting was also attended by Associate Professor Dr. Thitibhorn Phantachang, Assistant to the President, faculty members from the Faculty of Engineering, and staff from the Office of International Relations. The meeting was held at the Faculty of Engineering Meeting Room, 3rd Floor, Academic Building, RMUTL.

The two exchange lecturers from Nanjing Vocational Institute of Transport Technology (NJITT) are Mr. Li Tao, Associate Professor at the College of Automotive Engineering, and Mr. Jiang Long, Lecturer in the Basic Education Department.

Mr. Li Tao will teach the course Construction of New Energy Vehicles, sharing knowledge and expertise in new energy vehicle technologies and innovations. His teaching will help enhance students’ technical skills and professional perspectives in modern automotive technology.Mr. Jiang Long, who specializes in Chinese language and culture, will teach the Chinese Language course. His teaching aims to enhance students’ Chinese communication skills while providing opportunities for them to gain a deeper understanding of Chinese language and culture. Both exchange lecturers will undertake their teaching assignments at the Faculty of Engineering, Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna, from August 2 to 30, 2026.

On this occasion, the two exchange lecturers also had the honor of presenting certificates to RMUTL students who participated in the Joint Academic Program between Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna and Nanjing Vocational Institute of Transport Technology (NJITT), People’s Republic of China. The certificates recognize the students’ participation and further promote collaborative learning and academic exchange between the two institutions.

The exchange of academic personnel marks another important step in strengthening the academic collaboration network between Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna and Nanjing Vocational Institute of Transport Technology. The initiative promotes the exchange of knowledge, experience, and professional skills, contributing to the development of students and academic personnel while further advancing educational and academic cooperation at the international level in a strong and sustainable manner.
