Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony and Academic Cooperation between Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna and Angelo State University, USA

On March 19, 2025, Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna (RMUTL), by Office of International Relations, organized an MOU signing ceremony and academic cooperation meeting with representatives from Angelo State University (ASU), USA. The ASU delegation was led by Dr. Won-Jae Lee, Executive Director (Asian Relations) to the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, Mr. Kaung Zan, Founder and President of Promise International Academy, and Dr. Phattharaphon Silarak, Managing Director of Han Ei Global Co., Ltd. The ceremony was honored by the presence of Assistant Professor Pisit Wimolthanasit, Vice President for Planning, Policy, and Strategy, who chaired the meeting, along with Assistant Professor Dr. Thathitibhorn Phanthachang, Assistant to the President, faculty members, and staff from Office of International Relations. The event was held at the Rajarat Room, Building B3, 2nd Floor, RMUTL, Chiang Mai, Thailand.

The signing of this MOU between the two universities marks an important step in promoting academic collaboration and knowledge exchange between the institutions of the two countries. Both parties had the opportunity to get to know each other and discuss opportunities for developing joint projects in research, education, and student exchange programs.

Angelo State University (ASU), located in Texas, USA, is a renowned institution recognized for its excellence in education and research. ASU places a strong emphasis on developing students' knowledge and skills to prepare them for work in highly competitive environments. Additionally, ASU introduced scholarships for Thai students, providing opportunities for Thai students to pursue undergraduate and graduate studies in the United States.
