Conclusion Meeting of Lecturer Exchange Program with Nanjing Vocational Institute of Transport Technology (NJITT), China

On August 26, 2025, Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna (RMUTL), by Office of International Relations, organized the closing meeting of the faculty exchange program with Nanjing Vocational Institute of Transport Technology (NJITT), People’s Republic of China, at Sompor Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Office of the President Building. The meeting was honored by the presence of Asst. Prof. Dr. Anon Namin, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Research, and Academic Services, who presided over the session, together with Asst. Prof. Dr. Thitibhorn Phantachang, Assistant to the President, faculty members from the Faculty of Engineering, and staff from the International Relations Division.

The exchange program welcomed two faculty members from NJITT, namely Assoc. Prof. Jiang Haofeng, who taught the course Construction of New Energy Vehicles, and Mr. Shi Jigang, who taught the course Chinese Language to engineering students at RMUTL between August 3–30, 2025. Throughout the program, the two visiting professors shared their knowledge and practical expertise in both new energy vehicle technology and Chinese language instruction, while also engaging in cultural and academic exchanges with Thai students.

During the closing meeting, the visiting professors reflected on their teaching experiences and collaboration with RMUTL students and staff, and offered valuable insights and recommendations for enhancing teaching and learning in the future. Discussions also included possible pathways for strengthening academic cooperation to further equip RMUTL students with essential skills and readiness for the global labor market.

On this occasion, RMUTL presented certificates of appreciation to the visiting professors in recognition of their contributions. The university expressed its confidence that this collaboration will serve as a foundation for strengthening sustainable academic relations between Thailand and China, as well as opening new opportunities for knowledge development and expanded educational cooperation in the years to come.
