MOU Signing Ceremony with Anhui Agricultural University (AAU), People's Republic of China

On November 13, 2024, Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna (RMUTL), by Faculty of Science and Agricultural Technology, hosted a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Anhui Agricultural University (AAU), People's Republic of China. The event took place at Meeting Room 2, 4th Floor, Office of Academic Resource and Information Technology Building, RMUTL.

Associate Professor Dr. Uthen Kamnarn, Acting President of RMUTL, delegated the signing authority to Assistant Professor Dr. Anon Namin, Vice President for Academic, Research, and Academic Services. Dr. Anon also presided over the meeting. Attendees included Assistant Professor Dr. Thitibhorn Panthachang, Assistant to the President; Assistant Professor Piyamas Tancharoenrat, Dean of the Faculty of Science and Agricultural Technology; faculty members, administrative staff, and representatives from the Office of International Relations.

The AAU delegation comprised:

The MOU encompasses a wide range of collaborative activities designed to enhance academic and learning opportunities between the two institutions. Key initiatives include student and staff exchange programs, joint research projects, graduate-level training, collaborative curriculum development, academic conferences, and the exchange of academic information and publications.

Looking forward, the partnership aims to establish joint academic journals and publications as a platform for disseminating research globally. This milestone marks a significant step toward building a research network and advancing knowledge in science and agricultural technology. The collaboration is expected to yield practical applications that foster sustainable social and economic development.
