RMUTL Welcomes NJITT Delegation to Strengthen Academic Collaboration

Between 1–2 April 2026, the Office of International Relations, in collaboration with the Faculty of Engineering, Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna, organized a welcoming program for the delegation from Nanjing Vocational Institute of Transport Technology (NJITT), People’s Republic of China. The delegation was led by Mr. Wang DaoFeng, President of NJITT, and included Mr. Jin Hua, Director of the Political Department, Jiangsu Provincial Department of Transportation; Ms. Cheng Liqun, Vice Dean of the Automotive Engineering School; Ms. Hu Ning, Vice Dean of the International Education School; Mr. Cui Jia, Vice Dean of the College Administration Office; Mr. Chen Min, Teacher of the Automotive Engineering School; and Ms. Supharat Kongrasri from HUATEC.

The purpose of this visit was to strengthen academic collaboration and promote knowledge exchange between the two institutions, particularly in the fields of automotive engineering and modern technology. It also aimed to explore future cooperation in education, research, and human resource development. On this occasion, the NJITT delegation held a formal meeting with Associate Professor Dr. Pracha Yuenyongkul, Vice President for Academic Affairs and Student Affairs, together with Associate Professor Dr. Thitibhorn Phantachang, Assistant to the President, and Assistant Professor Dr. Nopphorn Patcharaprakiti, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, along with faculty members, to exchange academic perspectives and discuss potential areas of collaboration.

In addition, the delegation visited laboratories and teaching facilities at the Faculty of Engineering, RMUTL (Doi Saket Campus), and participated in experience-sharing sessions with faculty members and students. These activities provided a valuable platform for fostering mutual understanding and strengthening international academic networks.

This program marks a significant step in enhancing the partnership between Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna and Nanjing Vocational Institute of Transport Technology, paving the way for concrete collaboration in teaching and learning, joint research initiatives, and the sustainable development of students and personnel in the future.
