On October 28, 2025, Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna (RMUTL), through its Division of International Relations, organized the Opening Ceremony of the International Workshop “STEM and Cultural Camp 2025” at Kasalong Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Office of the President Building.
The ceremony was presided over by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Teerasak Uratchananon, Vice President of RMUTL. He was joined by Asst. Prof. Pisit Wimontanasit, Vice President, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thitibhorn Phantachang, Assistant to the President, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kanthana Ditkaew, Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration and Liberal Arts, Dr.Nopadon Manrrtien, Director of the College of Integrated Science and Technology  along with faculty members and staff from the Office of International Relations who attended the event.

The “STEM and Cultural Camp 2025” marks the second time the program has been organized under the collaboration between Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna and Guizhou Light Industry Polytechnic University, People’s Republic of China.
This year, a total of 20 participants—including 1 instructor and 19 students—.

The camp is being held from October 27 to November 8, 2025, with the objectives of enhancing participants’ knowledge in STEM education, fostering design thinking and 21st-century skills, as well as promoting the learning of Thai language and culture. The program also aims to strengthen academic and cultural exchange between the two universities, building a foundation for sustainable international collaboration.
