RMUTL Welcomes Exchange Lecturers from NJITT, People’s Republic of China

On August 7, 2025, Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna (RMUTL), by Office of International Relations, hosted a welcoming meeting for exchange lecturers from the Nanjing Vocational Institute of Transport Technology (NJITT), People’s Republic of China. The meeting was graciously presided over by Associate Professor Pisit Wimonthanasit, Vice President for Planning, Policy, and Strategy, and attended by Associate Professor Dr. Thitibhorn Phantachang, Assistant to the President, faculty members from the Faculty of Engineering, and staff from the Office of International Relations. The event took place at the Leelawadee Meeting Room, 1st Floor, Office of the President Building, RMUTL.

This year’s exchange lecturers from NJITT comprise Associate Professor Jiang Haofeng, who will be teaching the course Construction of New Energy Vehicles, sharing expertise in advanced technology and innovations in new energy vehicle engineering to enhance students’ skills and professional perspectives; and Mr. Shi Jigang, a specialist in Chinese language and culture, who will be teaching Chinese Language to develop students’ communication proficiency while also offering valuable insights into cultural aspects. Both lecturers will be based at the Faculty of Engineering, RMUTL, from August 3 to 30, 2025.

This academic exchange marks another significant milestone in fostering collaborative networks between the two institutions. It is expected to contribute to the holistic development of students’ and staff members’ knowledge, skills, and experiences, while strengthening their readiness to thrive in an increasingly interconnected global environment.
