RMUTL Welcomes High-Level Executives from Leading Chinese Educational Institutions and Beijing Huatec Information Technology Co., Ltd.

On February 21, 2025, Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna (RMUTL) warmly welcomed a high-level delegation comprising executives from eight leading educational institutions in the People’s Republic of China, along with executives from Beijing Huatec Information Technology Co., Ltd., totaling 28 representatives. The welcoming event took place at the Kasalong Meeting Room, 2nd floor, Office of the President, RMUTL, in Chiang Mai.

This visit marked an important opportunity to strengthen ties and foster collaboration between RMUTL and Chinese educational institutions. Additionally, an official signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was held between RMUTL and two Chinese institutions—Wuxi Electromechanical Higher Vocational and Technical School and Nanjing City Vocational College. This agreement aims to enhance academic cooperation and joint personnel development.

On this occasion, HUATEC generously awarded the "JINGSHI FUND STUDY Scholarship for RMUTL Students" with a total value of 500,000 yuan. This scholarship will provide RMUTL students with enhanced educational opportunities and support their international learning experiences and knowledge exchange.

Following the meeting, the delegation visited the Jingshi Institute Center at RMUTL's Doi Saket campus. They also toured engineering and science laboratories established through the collaboration between RMUTL and Jingshi Institute. This initiative represents another significant step in advancing academic programs and developing scientific and technological infrastructure.

The visit and collaborations established during this event signify a major milestone in fostering international educational partnerships. This cooperation will contribute to the advancement of education, research, and the creation of academic and career opportunities for students and faculty from both sides in the future.
