The event aimed to foster educational friendship between the People's Republic of China and ASEAN countries, and to celebrate the 17th anniversary of the China-ASEAN Education Cooperation.

The President of RMUTL presented the university's collaborative efforts within the ASEAN region, particularly its educational development partnership with the People's Republic of China through JingSi Institute and Beijing Huatech Information Technology Company. He also introduced RMUTL's academic programs, the university's history, and an overview of its management across various campuses.

The collaboration between RMUTL and Chinese educational institutions includes partnerships with:

  • Guizhou Light Industry Technical College
  • Nanjing Vocational Institute of Transport Technology
  • Jiangsu Food & Pharmaceutical Science College
  • Nanjing Vocational College of Information Technology

These collaborations involve the development of short-term training programs in electric vehicles, Big Data, and traditional Chinese medicine. Additionally, they offer both short-term training and long-term certificate programs, such as joint higher vocational certificate programs in China combined with bachelor's degree continuation programs in Thailand, structured as 0.5+1.5+1 years. The partnership also provides opportunities for Chinese students to study at RMUTL in Thailand at both undergraduate and graduate levels in the future.

This cooperation plays a significant role in enhancing educational collaboration in technology with expert nations, fostering the advancement of technological knowledge, and creating future employment opportunities for graduates.
